Department of Justice in Halpren, Ontario Supreme Court (2001). Case
involved the issue of whether or not same-sex couples should be allowed to
marry.
2. Provided report to council in Nygard
(2004), Ontario Supreme Court. Case involved the issue whether Child Support
Guidelines should be applied to all levels of income.

Provided report and expert testimony in Ducharme (2004), National
Tax Court. Case involved the valuation of the services of a housewife.
4. Provided report to council in Withler and Fitzsimonds,
(2005) BC Supreme Court. Case involved age discrimination and the Supplementary
Death Benefit for Public Servants.
