Advice provided to a number of
public and private sector clients with respect to international trade policy,
competition and regulatory matters, intellectual property, and environmental
policy in the following industries (among others): waste disposal, grocery retailing, natural gas, sugar, baby food,
audio recording media, natural gas, zinc, MSG, sorbates,
citric acid, steel, vitamins, women's clothing, venture capital finance,
hydrogen peroxide, DRAM, automobiles.
Types of cases have included:
anti-dumping, subsidies, mergers, abuse of dominant position, price-fixing (especially the
measurement of damages), intellectual property, environmental planning,
corporate strategy.
