Consulting Experience: Clients, Industries, Types of Cases and Major Issues

 

Involved in a number of private sector clients with respect to competition and regulatory matters in the following industries (among others): citric acid, vitamins, MSG, pizza, baby food, financial services, telecommunication and forestry.

 

Types of cases have included: mergers, abuse of dominance, price-fixing, anti-dumping. 

 

Specific important issues on which advice provided have included: barriers to entry, interdependence effects of mergers, market definition, the effects of loyalty programs, measurement of damages in price-fixing cases, data collection, and empirical advice.
